7 Seven Chakras are the commonly know chakras of the body. We are the chakras, they step the higher vibrations down into the body. There are many other subtle chakras and also major chakras above the crown. Chakras resonate at a particular frequency and this is why vibrational healing or essences are able to work at each of the different chakra levels. Each essence vibrates at its own frequency and this acts in sympathy with each chakra, helping to clear or open the chakra so that more and clearer light energy can be used by the physical and spiritual bodies channeled through each chakra.
