Sacral Chakra

Sacral Chakra - Creativity & movement - This chakra lies halfway between the root chakra and the solar plexus. When it is active and healthy there is a beautiful flow, a dance and a joy. The colour is shades of orange and peach. Creative ability and imagination are part of its signature. It is the same creative force that flows through us and also through the natural world. It is ours to shape and create with. It is up to us whether we create beauty, harmony and peace or whether we create ugliness and disharmony. This depends on our state of consciousness. Orange is a playful colour and this is a centre of innocent playfulness, but tensions can build here as the rules and restrictions of society cause rigidity that impinges upon the free flow of the dance of life. If you enter a phase of life where you feel bored and your creative energy is spent, a change is surely needed. Try Red Butterfly or Bougainvillaea Magenta to create some movement.

When spiritually is awakened, whatever we create has the frequency of Divine love within it. It might be a painting, a necklace, or writing a letter or e-mail, but the energy of Divine love in the sacral chakra works through everything that we do and is with us in every movement that we make. It does not reside only in the heart, but moves throughout our system.

In this area two people come together and share themselves in love.  There are many levels of sexuality, and the heights are reached when both are spiritually in tune and hearts are opened to Divine love. This then becomes a universal experience as well as a shared personal one. This is selfless sharing and lust is minimal. True love creates great beauty in the aura and chakras of both partners, uplifting them and satisfying them spiritually, emotionally and physically. Love is not only present during the sexual act, but in every moment of the day and also in every activity.

It is in our God-given nature to reproduce ourselves, and it is this area of the body that accommodates the seed being planted and the receiving of the seed. The growth of the young body is nurtured by both parents. Incoming souls are aware of those around them and of the emotional play between parents. Unless the incoming soul is very strong, patterns are picked up at this early stage of life. They know whether they are wanted, and whether their sex is acceptable. If a boy is wanted and they are going to be a girl a pattern can be set up for the incoming child to feel insecure about its sex and they may carry this for the rest of their days. Babies and children live within the energy patterns of both parents and other close ones, and great care needs to be taken over thoughts and criticisms and attitudes towards them. To bring up a child is a God given task.

The more a mother is in touch with those deeper, more spiritual aspects of herself, the more love she can bring to her task. A mother who is in love with God and knows Divine love within herself is a great gift to her family. From the beginning, her children have a good start as she will nurture their spirituality with wisdom. The same applies to the father, he has planted the seed to form a new life, and it is up to him to set standards, to give love and wise guidance, and provide a suitable structure and base for its growth. What challenges and responsibilities are placed upon us, when we create in beauty and love, a new life form. No longer can we think only of self but must take responsibility for another.

There are many imbalances connected with the sacral chakra. Today, sexuality has so many connotations and expectations and often we are overpowered by the need to fall in line with the demands of a society that has sexual fulfillment as a major pleasure. This often has nothing to do with love and can become obsessive. When this happens, a feeling of being 'used' can arise within the personality. Often behind excessive sexuality is a need to be loved, but the partners chosen are not able to provide it. If this is the case, a clearing essence such as Verbena, along with a heart healing essence like Bleeding Heart needs to be taken. To assist with drawing the right partner towards you and eliminating the need for sexual partners who may be too demanding, try Red Hibiscus. At the opposite end of the spectrum is frigidity and with this there are usually many fears to be dealt with. Verbena and Red Hibiscus would help here.

The emotional wounds of abortions, infertility and miscarriage are also stored around the sacral chakra. Red Hibiscus, Frangipani, Madonna Blue, Blue Clitoria and Verbena would be helpful for these.

Childhood abuse results in confused emotions and sexual frustrations. A whole process needs to be undertaken to clear this. Essences to help would be Verbena, Red Hibiscus, Peach Bougainvillaea, Purple Spear Flower, Flame Tree, Tree of Joy, Marigold.

When this chakra is too active, too much rushing and dashing is experienced and Cassia Tree essence and Madonna Blue can be used to slow it down. If it is too slow and closed and creativity is at a low ebb, the active energies of Red Butterfly and Flame Tree would be helpful.

These Light Keys are energy bottles holding a particular energy frequency in an alcohol & water solution. When the bottles are held in or near the aura or body they resonate in sympathy with particular chakras and energetic areas of the body to clear, open and align these areas.

Using the Light Keys - Chakra clearing, energising and opening Chakras.
Before I began with the Light Keys I would first make sure the room or space was clear and energised. I would use a room clear spray to clear the room and lift the energy in the room and if I felt a bit heavy use the aura clear or release spray on my aura.

 If I had any general problems or energy to release I would use the chakra and aura release Light Key or an Aura spray.

Once the space, room and aura and clear and energised and aligned with the higher energies I would start to use the light keys to align the chakras. (If you have a clear dedicated mediation space already then you may not need to use the clear sprays above.)

If you are new to the Light Keys then you might like to start with the set of five Light Keys to energise your chakras. You may use a particular Light Key to clear or work on a particular chakra. For working/energising or clearing a particular chakra you can just hold or carry the relevant light key with you so it remains in your energy field. You can also hold the bottle and meditate on your energy field and focus on this area to help work on this area.
I find the Light Keys are most useful every day to align my chakras every morning or after work to retune my energy field to the higher soul and align my energy field with the higher light or purpose in life. The Light Keys help speed up this process like a catalyst to help you re align your energy field or reach that place of peace and stillness in your meditation.

Start with the Chakra Grounding Light Key to clear and align the lower chakras. Hold this bottle until you feel the energy in this area has settled. Then move onto the Heart Chakra Light Key and again tune into this energy area and when you feel this area has stilled and settled and is gently energised. The area should feel energised from the gentle internal energy instead of from external stimulus and links. Then move onto the Crown chakra Clear, and hold this bottle until the area around the crown begins to still and the energy settles to align more abobe the crown. The mind should begin to slow and stimulus should begin to come more from above the crown instead of the mind or emotional solar plexus. Once this area is clear move onto the Light Chakra Link and hold this bottle. This helps to clear the area in between the Crown and the highest chakra and/or the oversoul / inner soul / inner light.
This completed the chakra aligning process. It usually takes me about 2 to 10 minutes, but it can be what ever time you are comfortable with and used to. It may take 1/2 hour.
Once you have cleared all of the chakras the mind should be stilled and the energy aligned in the body to the higher soul. You can then use the Inner Communication Light Key which aligns the upper chakras to aid inner hearing from the inner soul. Hold this bottle on its own or this bottle combined with one of the other light keys Heart, Crown or Light to help keep the mind stilled while you tune into the voice of the higher soul. You can also use this Inner Communication Light Key to help with dreams by leaving it next to your bed at night.
You can keep one or two of the Light keys on your body after or before you have cleared the chakras just to help keep aligned to a particular energy.

Traffic Light Set. This set is similar to the above set but is more extensive and allows you to align the chakras in particular ways and combine different light keys to clear and energise different areas. This is a more specialist set than the set of five and it helps if you can distinguish the energy of the different chakras to use this set.
