Light Spirit Essences were established in 2004 by Peter & Patricia Caswell. Patricia has been a flower essence practitioner for over 30 years and was guided by her inner guide to make the essences available to the public. Peter has practised healing for nearly 20 years.
The essences are made in spiritually pure places in India, predominantly at a place called Meherabad in Central India. They operate at very high frequencies. The essences help with spiritual growth and development by clearing our energy bodies, chakras and auras of old emotional patterns and blocks. They help to redirect our energy onto positive and inspiring paths helping you to attain a lighter more uplifting life pattern which is all part of spiritual growth. By balancing, energising and clearing your energy bodies with these essences you help to maintain and improve your well being.
The essences are all hand made in the new purpose built premises in North Devon near to the ocean & sand dunes. These premises and the energy of the land have been developed over 5 years to produce a fitting & healing home for the essences.
It is our belief at Light Spirit that these essences are of the highest frequency and the most powerful essences available. They are particularly useful in clearing old patterns / energies and we have a whole range of essences dedicated to this purpose on many levels. The main range of essences from Light Spirit are for general emotional energy clearing and working through old patterns. We have combined some of these essences into various blends, Essences for Emotions, to help cope with the most common clearing and energy balancing requests.
The New Children’s Essences have been developed to help with childhood patterns in children and for those adults working through childhood patterns to clear old emotional and energetic patterns.
The Essence and Aura sprays clear the energy in a room or around the aura to allow lighter, newer and more positive energy to flow. These essences are very useful for creating spiritual spaces and clearing old energies and patterns from inside your house and around your energy body. We now produce the sprays as a ready made spray in a 60ml spray bottle. The clearing esssences are diluted into Rose or Lavender water to give a wonderful light and pure uplifting scent. The original Essence Room Sprays & Essence Aura Sprays are also still available as a concentrate bottle and empty 60ml spray bottle to make up your own sprays suitable for practitioners or those who use large quantities of spray and do not require a scent.
For the more experienced we have sections on chakra clearing and a new set of essences which we call the Light Keys. These light keys are for working through the various chakras clearing and energising the energy centres from the base chakra up to above the crown chakra. These can be used in conjunction with the aura release essence/spray and aura clear essence/sprays to clear the chakras and open the crown chakra to alow more light in. Some sensitivity of the various chakras is helpful to work with this set.
Light Spirit Essences are all made by hand in a purpose built studio in North Devon surrounded by 7 acres of fields just a few fields away from the sand dunes backing onto the ocean.

How we use the essences. You can use the essences in many different ways. Traditionally you can take them a drop at a time in the mouth, 1 to 3 drops at a time 2 or 3 times a day. We have found that the essences work equally well by just holding the bottle or by using one of our essence sprays. We have developed a range of essences sprays and our specialist Light Keys which are designed to be held instead of being taken internally. We have found that the essences work even without having the physical product to hand, just thinking about the essence or seeing the photo of the flower can have an effect. The essences are preserved in alcohol, so if you are sensitive to alcohol then you can just hold the essences and you can get much the same effect.
