ACTION brings fun and laughter when life has become too serious. Uplifting. “Don't worry, be happy”. Smiles all round! Use when there has been too much homework, a feeling of heaviness, worry and anxiety. Also for disappointments ie poor marks at school, not selected for the school play, etc. Fear of failure. Worrying about “what will happen if......?”
SUGGESTION Activities - physical activity helps children to let go of worry and anxiety energies within their system. Restrict the amount of time they are allowed to spend at the computer or watching television and also the type of programmes they are allowed to watch. Adult programmes and the news need to be carefully filtered so that their sensitivities are allowed to develop without having to face the negatives activities of the world when their emotional systems are unable to cope with it.
