The New Workbook for Light Spirit Essences. Another stunning and invaluable book by Patricia Caswell. The book starts off with how to use the essences and then moves into choosing essences and making blends, with clear and helpful examples and case histories. Later on Patricia explains in detail many spiritual concepts and useful essences for the Aura, God, the Soul, Chakras, Karma, Spirituality, the Mind, Intuition and the Feminine. At the end of the book is a wonderful colourful section on meditations. The book is illustrated by some beautiful full page photos of the flowers and scenes of India, including my favourites, roses and a lotus flowers. This book is now integrated with the Reference guide and called the Complete Guide to Light Spirit Essences.
