How to take the essences - suggestionsAdd 75% brandy and 25% spring water to a clean 10 ml bottle. Then add to this 3 drops of an essence or mixture of essences to the bottle. Essences can be put on wrists, forehead, nape of neck and also used as an aura spray and room sprays. After 1 to 3 days you generally find you need to adjust the essences you are taking as you gain a different perspective on life. You may find it necessary to either remove one essence and/or add a new one or take a completely different combination. Discard all mixes after one week of essences after a week. When taking essences you should be careful to not allow the dropper to touch your mouth or body as it can introduce contaminants into the essence bottle, which eventually lead to the essence being unusable. |

Remember - flower essences do not work all the time for everybody, nor are they a complete or exclusive system of healing for the emotions. They should not be used instead of properly qualified medical or health practitioner advice. Always get an orthodox medical diagnosis, particularly to exclude unsuspected and undiagnosed important illness, and as part of your partnership with health practitioners on your journey of health. |
