Self process: There are many times in life when we move too much into our minds and work everything out and set up patterns that we like to keep to. We are also able to feel love in our hearts and to respond with compassion and care and gentleness. When the mind is overruling the heart then an imbalance is created and the heart is unable to function and respond to the situations in life that need it. If you have been feeling over important, and have been treading on the toes of those around you, speaking in a loud, powerful and sometimes angry voice when others are slow to follow your wishes, then you are not engaging your heart and have an imbalance. Once you realise it, then seek some balancing activities, learn to play at life, include some fun things in your day.
