Finding An Essence
If you need an essence for a specific purpose, then there are several ways to find the required essence.
First there are the Emotional Balance Essences, and the Room & Aura Sprays which we have made up for specific uses and needs. These are the first to check for to see if there is a suitable one for you in the list.
If you don’t find what you are looking for then try the alphabetical list of individual essences, where you can search by harmony and disharmony for each essence. The alphabetical list also includes links to both light spirit Essences and Meherose Essences (see note at bottom)

Affirmation Cards - a great way to select essences is to buy a set of affirmation cards
In the alphabetical list there are essences listed from both the Mehrose set of Essences and the Lightspirit Essences. Both sets of essences are made by Light Spirit. The Meherose set are from the rose garden in Glastonbury. The Light Spirit Essences are all from India. They are both excellent essence sets.
Remember - flower essences do not work all the time for everybody, nor are they a complete or exclusive system of healing for the emotions. They should not be used instead of properly qualified medical or health practitioner advice. Always get an orthodox medical diagnosis, particularly to exclude unsuspected and undiagnosed important illness, and as part of your partnership with health practitioners on your journey of health.
