For the distress of nursing a loved partner, child or pet, take a few drops daily. For the heavy heart when illness is worrying and debilitating, to enable the heart to stay open and clear.
SAMADHI NEEM - for the steady comfort of the Divine Father. This brings a nice solid comforting feel as if a pair of wonderful strong arms are around you, helping you and assisting you.
VERBENA for dissolving angst, anxieties, and worries that gather around illness, divorce, children allowing those heavier feelings to dissipate and allowing uplifting simple joy to be present.
BLUE CLITTORIA VINE - comforts during dark times and helps us to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Sure and strong yet soft and gentle.
SOUL ESSENCE - for connecting to higher self/soul for direction. The soul has the answers and will help you to see the value of what you are doing and will lead you moment by moment bringing a steady certainty into your life. Very positive. Helps with detachment from trying circumstances.
One way of using these essences
for example nursing a loved one or death of a loved one.
In a 10 ml bottle (40% brandy 60% spring water) add 2 drops of Purple Spear Flower and 2 drops of Samadhi Neem. Take 3 drops 5x daily for 7 days.
If anxiety, worry and deep seated emotions are surfacing, take 2 drops of verbena in a small glass of spring water over a few days.
If you feel you have lost your connection to your own light, add 2 drops of Blue Clittoria Essence to the original blend and take for 5-7 days.
Take Soul Essence to connect to your deepest aspect and receive its wonderful guidance to help you through any traumatic experiences. Either put 2 drops in a small glass of spring water or add 2 drops to a 10 ml bottle of spring water and brandy and take until you feel solid, steady and sure.
