Don’t we all like someone to speak to us, to notice us, to love us, to understand us? Their flowers are like little painted faces, each one individual and special and saying ‘hi, look at me, lets communicate’ They love to be admired, to be told they are beautiful, just as children respond when you admire something about them.

This flower essence encourages us to communicate with others in simple loving admiring ways. It is about voicing ones love to others, showing and sharing it. This essence is very good for anyone (particularly children) who are feeling 'left out' or excluded from a group as well as for those who are feeling inferior to others. This flower seems to radiate the knowledge that everyone is important. Take this essence when feeling taken for granted it will bring a feeling of being special in your own way. Self help: jot down all of your positive qualities to get a positive picture of yourself.   If you are allowing yourself to be used like a doormat, or taken for granted, then start to set some boundaries.  Change your life around, for others have got used to you as you are.
