Learning to truly forgive others their misdeeds towards us, and also expressing sorrow for our misdeeds towards them and needing their forgiveness, brings us back into our hearts. Forgiveness clears away negative thoughts and feelings towards others. These thoughts and feelings are there within us, and stop us from feeling love. Forgiveness is also associated with guilt. When we hurt someone, we often feel guilty about it, although at the time, it may have seemed justified. To clear the air, and to free up your energy, forgiveness is what is needed, both for yourself, and from others. We make many mistakes on our journey through life, and there are many opportunities for us to be hurt by others and for us to be hurtful towards others. Sometimes, because someone has hurt us, we store this hurt within, and when someone else comes along and treads slightly on our toes, the whole 'hurt' file opens and our inner hurt comes out as anger, accusations, abuse, etc. This 'file' grows in content if not attended to and cleared. This blend of essences will assist you to look at who you need to forgive and it will assist you to voice those words.
