This is a soul essence. It is for those who want to get in touch with a deeper aspect of themselves. To access the soul is to access the truth and to touch into the eternal part of ourselves. The soul has all of the archives of our history, past, present and future. When in need of direction the soul can point the way forward. This essence first purifies our intent and aligns it with the will of the soul or divine will. Its pure clear frequency is felt within the human energy field in the same way that music when played on an outer level affects our mood and feelings. When we are aligned with our soul purpose, then more light and joy becomes available to us. Our mind, throat and heart centres are opened to receive the higher frequency input from the soul. We can then sing our truth out into the world by expressing ourselves in more loving and harmonious ways.

Self process Spend a little quiet time each day aligning with and 'talking' to your higher self which is always within you, unseen and largely unknown. When you cease focussing on the outer world for a short while, your soul/higher self has an opportunity to relay its subtle messages from your higher mind into your lower mental and emotional bodies giving much needed insights and knowledge. Record in a notebook any information given at this time. This takes practice.
