This is a day for bringing the love and beauty encaptured within these essences to you. They are very special and have been created in the loving atmosphere of a sacred and Holy site in India. They are specifically for spiritual growth and transformation of consciousness. We will be working with a set of 10 essences and will be learning the qualities and sweet personality of each on. To include:
Selecting the correct essence and making it up.
Looking in depth at sets of essences to see how they can take us through a period of change and growth from beginning to end.
Essence Blends - when we blend one essence with another, it is like a concert where different notes are played that harmonise with one another. Selecting essences for blends and their purpose.
Feminine Essences to create expansion and growth - each one of this specific set of 5 essences will be introduced and you will see how they address our need today to grow more spiritually whilst also being practical and centred in our every day lives.
Room sprays and Aura sprays will feature in the afternoon.
This day will bring love into your heart and you will feel the Presence of love divine in these essences. It will give you a working knowledge of these essences plus a set of essences for you to use for yourself and others.
Each participant will leave with a set of essences to include 1 room spray, 1 aura spray and 3 essences in a boxed set. This is included in the price of 25 pounds.

Day 1-The Divine Feminine - this day will be about allowing our intuition to guide us throughout the day. You will learn how to access the divine feminine within yourself and we will be asking the divine feminine to lead us throughout the day. The events of this very beautiful day will unfold from within us and you will feel and experience the wonder and delight when this is allowed to happen. An expansion of consciousness will take place as you realise the inherent beauty of these higher spiritual qualities, and find simple ways to integrate them into the practicalities of your everyday life.
The following techniques and activities may be used during the day. Nurturing and quiet times individually and in a group. There will be a need to express the creativity of the divine feminine and there will be opportunity to work with silk painting (no experience necessary), writing, collage and a simple record of the day individually or in a group. The divine feminine is always pointing the way to God and oneness and union and we will be seeking to sense this within ourselves. Music, discussion, laughter, freedom to focus within, searching, presenting, expressing. Delicious food.
The divine feminine is our true essence but gets overlooked in our busy lives. Enjoy a day relaxing and reconnecting or finding anew the beauty of your true feminine essence.The Light Spirit Essences will be used as tools to assist us throughout the day, particularly Jasmine (Indian), Madonna Blue, Taccoma, Bougainvillaeas and Hibiscuss.
Day 2- Light Spirit Essences and the natural world - an introduction to these new Master essences which are unparelled in their ability to light the way within for us to connect to our true spiritual nature. They are to help us to overcome that which is standing in our way of spiritual progress. They are uplifting, powerful and quick acting. You will learn how to select your essence and make it up.
We will be using the essences to attune us to the natural world and seeking to understand and experience our connections with it. Everyone will select and make up an essence to further spiritual development.
Through this day you will gain further understanding of yourself and as with Day 1 some creative expression will be needed to bring awareness through onto a physical level. This maybe in the form of collage, writing, painting (no experience necessary).
This will be a light hearted weekend with a nice relaxed feel to it. It is in this state that inner progress can best be made and integrated.
The inner Presence of Avatar Meher Baba (Christ conscious Master) will be guiding this weekend.
